A little about how the process works:

1. Design - It begins with your idea, followed by a file (if available). I can help you create your custom file or I accept .AI, .SVG, .PDF files.

2. Quote - Once I have your job details, I can provide an estimate based on material + machine time + labor. If approved, mockup of your design will be provided and payment is required. *Please note that a design fee is applicable*

3. Mockup - You will receive a digital proof of your custom order with up to two revisions prior to production. Once the digital proof is approved, this will move to production.

4. Production - Your order will move to the laser machine to work its magic! Estimated production time will be provided at the time of our interaction.

5. Receiving your item - Local pickups in Bergen County, NJ or shipping (Tracking number via USPS will be provided at the time of shipment).
