We cut and engrave wood (Baltic birch, maple, walnut, cherry), acrylic (clear, frosted, mirrored, colored), leather (genuine and faux), paper and cardstock, glass and crystal, and select fabrics.
Most custom orders are ready in 5–10 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available — reach out and we’ll do our best.
Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before cutting anything. Revisions are included until you’re happy with the design.
We’re based in New Jersey and ship nationwide. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days depending on destination.
We package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Yes! We accept vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) and high-resolution PNGs. If you only have a rough sketch or idea, we can design it for you.
No minimum for most items. For bulk orders (50+ pieces), we offer tiered pricing — just reach out with your quantity and we’ll send a quote.
Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. A light coat of mineral oil can refresh the wood over time. Acrylic pieces can be wiped with a soft cloth.
