We cut and engrave wood (Baltic birch, maple, walnut, cherry), acrylic (clear, frosted, mirrored, standard colored), leather (genuine and faux), paper and cardstock, glass and crystal, and select fabrics.
Most custom orders are ready in 5–10 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available — reach out and we’ll do our best.
For template-based products, a proof is not sent when the order is submitted correctly. Your piece will be created according to the options chosen on the website. If you need a minor adjustment to a template—such as repositioning, resizing, or tweaking spacing—those adjustments are included at no extra charge. For custom designs, we provide a digital proof for approval before production. Two rounds of revisions are included. Requests that require new design work, such as a new font, new layout, custom artwork, or significant changes to the original design, may be subject to a custom design fee.
Based in New Jersey and ship nationwide. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days depending on destination via USPS or UPS.
We package everything with care, but if something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Yes! We accept vector files (SVG, PDF, EPS) and high-resolution PNGs. If you only have a rough sketch or idea, we can design it for you.
No minimum for most items. For bulk orders (50+ pieces), we offer tiered pricing — just reach out with your quantity and we’ll send a quote.
Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. A light coat of mineral oil can refresh the wood over time. Acrylic pieces can be wiped with a soft microfiber cloth.
