By placing an order with Mikko Creations, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
Orders and production
All Mikko Creations pieces are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, production begins within 1–3 business days. Custom orders require a design approval step before production — we will share a digital proof and work will not begin until you confirm.
Design proofs
For custom pieces, we provide a digital proof via email before cutting. You have two rounds of revisions included. Additional revisions may incur a small design fee. Once the proof is approved, the design is final and production begins immediately.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per project based on materials, complexity, and quantity. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed order is locked at the quoted price.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all custom orders. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Orders placed through Etsy are subject to Etsy's payment terms. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
Intellectual property
Mikko Creations retains the right to photograph finished pieces for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you require confidentiality, please inform us in writing before placing your order. All original designs created by Mikko Creations remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for damages arising from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear of our products.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
