Shipping
Domestic shipping (US)
Orders ship via USPS or UPS within 1–3 business days of production completion. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Local pickup in our New Jersey studio is available at no charge.
International shipping
We ship internationally via USPS or UPS. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs processing. Duties and taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed with protective padding, tissue paper, and a branded thank-you card. Fragile items such as glass and acrylic are individually wrapped and boxed. We take great care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. For international orders, tracking may not update during customs clearance — this is normal and not a cause for concern.
Returns & refunds
Custom orders
Because all our pieces are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom work unless the item arrives damaged or has a production defect. We take quality very seriously and will always work with you to make it right.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us at mikkocreations@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once a design proof has been sent, a cancellation fee of 25% applies. Orders in production cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. For Etsy orders, refunds are handled through the Etsy platform and are subject to Etsy's refund timeline.
